This is an incredibly delicate Kuchi-e (illustrations from magazines or novels) of a beautiful lady sewing with an attendant or guest in the foreground smoking from a pipe. The sitters are surrounded by intimate details of domestic life: a sewing chest and pincushion, a tea seat, and screen depicting a mandarin duck in the background.
This unframed print has some foxing and uneven fading, but otherwise is in good condition for it's age.
